Responsibilities

As a Valet Parking Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through efficient problem-solving and proactive communication.
  • Inspecting vehicles before parking them safely and accurately noting any findings.
  • Explaining valet rates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Observing traffic laws and practicing safe driving habits.
  • Reporting accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
  • Providing accurate directions and information to customers to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
  • Maintaining a clean uniform and arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Assisting management with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful as a Valet Parking Attendant, you will need:

  • A valid state driver's license, current address, and an acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (stick shift) if required.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed, including weekends and nights.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions and memos.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require standing, walking, and using hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee may occasionally sit or climb/balance. Lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Estimated Salary Range

$16.00 per hour + tips
