Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our L.E.A.P curriculum
  • Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive team
  • Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • Passion for working with children and commitment to providing high-quality education
