Pharmacist

Coshocton Regional Medical Center, a 56-bed not-for-profit hospital, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join its award-winning team. As a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

• Coordinate pharmacy department activities to provide pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy to develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of pharmacy services.

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
