Position Summary
The Production Packaging Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing and packaging operations of MM Development Company.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in various production tasks such as bottling, filling, sealing, and labeling.
- Manage inventory of products, production materials, and equipment.
- Ensure the facility is maintained at a GMP-compliant standard.
- Support the implementation of GMP compliance documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of OSHA 10 Industry Training within six months of employment (company-sponsored).
- At least six months of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
Language Proficiency
Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
Mathematical Competence
Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations and the ability to understand ratios, percentages, and graphical data.
Reasoning Skills
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
Certifications
Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be at least 21 years old.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands for this position include:
- Regularly required to sit and use hands for handling tasks.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, or lifting.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and depth perception.
Work Environment
The work environment may include exposure to various conditions such as:
- Wet and humid environments, extreme temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.
- Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
- Moderate noise levels.
