Job Responsibilities:

• Providing expert nursing care to patients and residents in post-acute care facilities
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other medical staff
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate treatments and medications
• Monitoring medical equipment and ensuring proper use
• Reviewing best care options with residents and family members
• Ensuring staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Diploma from an approved nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
