Luxury Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at The Liberty Group. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying them, and closing leases at our luxury apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
• Inspect models and available units, communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
• Provide community and apartment tours, applying product knowledge to client needs.
• Present and assist prospects in completing applications and securing deposits.
• Update availability reports, process applications for approvals.
• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates.
• Follow up with prospects who did not close and attempt to close sales again.
• Secure new resident signatures on paperwork prior to move-in.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and distributing renewal notices.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Spanish-speaking Bilingual a MUST.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be familiar with apartment/multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
• Apartment software experience is a bonus.
• Valid I.D. Required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
