Job Description: Client Services Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to healthcare providers, patients, and staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Enter test results into the laboratory information system (LIS) for all external laboratory tests.
  2. Place lab orders from external providers into the LIS.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions, including test results and follow-up actions.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to address their concerns and needs.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical laboratory field or ASCP certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
