Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Pacifica Senior Living Union City.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position requiring weekend availability, with two separate shifts available: a Caregiver/Med Tech role paying $18.25 - $18.75 per hour and a Med Tech NOC shift paying $19.25 - $19.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement resident care plans, providing assistance with activities of daily living as needed, including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and transferring.
  • Administer medication and record vital signs.
  • Assist with meal preparation, presentation, and serving.
  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of care delivered.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a caregiver or med tech.
  • Valid CPR certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude towards residents.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
