Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control entry to the parking lots, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests have access.
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks of the parking lots, vehicles, and guests to prevent any incidents or accidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering directions, venue information, and assistance to guests and employees.
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces, maximizing the use of our parking facilities.
  • Collect cash and/or coupons from guests and maintain the security of our cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
