Salary: The base salary range for this role is $300,000 - $330,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

Job Description: As our Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Regulatory, you will lead our Compliance and Regulatory teams within Legal while working closely with cross-functional teams to build products and programs that meet global laws and regulations. You'll be responsible for overseeing an effective compliance program, providing practical legal guidance to the business, designing and implementing compliance strategies, and building strong relationships internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need 15+ years of experience in regulatory law and compliance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate collaborative solutions. A Juris Doctor degree is required.
