Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify rehabilitation needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy students and staff to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with veterans and/or in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and quality improvement principles.
  • Ability to speak a second language, preferably Spanish.
