We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Intern to join our Manufacturing Development team at Micron Technology. As a Process Engineer Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting fabrication processing on the front line of innovation in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Problem-Solving: Apply statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and 8D methodology to diagnose and resolve process issues.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data using various tools and techniques to inform critical process decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and management, to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Project Management: Coordinate and lead projects to optimize wafer processing, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a strong understanding of SPC and design of experiments.
- Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Tableau.
