Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Touchstone Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our residents while supporting their families and teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support services
  • Provide education and training to staff on mental health-related topics and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care and services
  • Adhere to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance in all operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Services or related field
  • Current Texas Social Worker license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
