As an ICU caregiver, you will provide essential care for patients facing life-threatening conditions, requiring meticulous monitoring and intervention to stabilize their health.
Typical procedures in this unit include:
- Intubation
- Targeted Temperature Management (TTM)
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
- Bronchoscopy
- Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring
- Organ donation processes
- Post-operative care

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients.
- Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Execute physician and nursing orders diligently.
- Assess and facilitate patients' discharge requirements.
- Provide education to patients and their families.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- At least one year of recent acute care RN experience, including military experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
