As a key member of the Buildings team at Garver, the Engineering Team Leader will play a crucial role in growing the Buildings practice in the DFW market. This position requires a strong leader who can build and lead a multi-discipline engineering team that supports architectural clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team that delivers exceptional results for architectural clients.
  • Business Development: Develop strategic relationships with outside architectural firms to grow the Buildings practice.
  • Engineering Support: Provide engineering support for architectural clients, particularly in structural, mechanical, and electrical design.
  • Project Management: Manage projects and provide discipline-specific design services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architectural engineering with a structural, mechanical, or electrical focus from an ABET-accredited university or college.
  • Professional Certifications: Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Experience: 5 to 15 years of building design and construction industry experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and experience with MS Office Suite.
