Senior Foreman

Stellar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple work crews and ensuring that all projects are completed safely and efficiently.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple work crews and assigned employees
• Ensure all work is well-planned, supplied, and executed safely and efficiently
• Prepare daily reports, track progress, and submit time and other administrative duties as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a Supervisor
• Food Processing Plant experience is a major plus
• Experience with UG DWV systems and competent skills in Trenching and Shoring
• OSHA 30 certification

• Ability to interpret drawings and lay out field piping
• Lead and manage the work of multiple work crews
• Experience with Leica equipment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
