We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production standards in manual operations and/or while operating equipment requiring average mechanical skills and aptitude.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs any one or combination of production line and material handling in manufacturing.
  • Achieves production standards in manual operations and/or while operating equipment.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of work in batch records, logbooks, and other official documents.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Varying levels of physical activity based on specific assignment.
  • Must wear hearing protection, safety shoes, prescription glasses (if prescribed), and any/all personal protective equipment (PPE) required to perform jobs in assigned areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
