Ramen Ambassador

Job OverviewKizuki Ramen, a locally owned Japanese style restaurant, is seeking experienced Servers to connect with our guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience. With a passion for authenticity, we strive to provide a unique and memorable experience for every guest.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server at Kizuki Ramen, you will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and calm demeanor at all times
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Follow Kizuki's operational policies and procedures
• Be punctual and on-time
• Basic mixology knowledge and bar duties, such as pouring beer, wine, sake, and liquor
• Educate and engage guests about ramen and the Kizuki brand
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be vigilant and attentive to customers' needs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have valid food handler's permit, alcohol serving license preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• 18+ years of age
