Your responsibilities will include garage door opener installations, ensuring site readiness, resolving warranty issues, and delivering products. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Demonstrated experience in garage door and opener service, construction, framing, HVAC, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Must be flexible and ready to assist in various capacities as needed.
  • High School diploma is required.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and independent thinking.
  • Physical capability to lift or move over 90 pounds.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow directions and instructions.
  • Mechanically adept.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional interaction with homeowners, builders, and other trades.
  • Adaptable approach with a willingness to do what is necessary.
  • Problem-solving aptitude to identify solutions for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with installers on various projects.
  • Ensure site readiness.
  • Conduct quality control assessments.
  • Manage product deliveries.
  • Perform warranty-related tasks.
  • Safely operate company vehicles.
  • Maintain a secure work site, including equipment and vehicles.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries in the garage door division.
  • Review work orders for accuracy before heading to job sites.
  • Install garage door openers and related components.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record for the past three years.
  • Availability for a full-time work schedule.
  • Clear criminal background check.
