Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a primary technical resource in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and operation of Jira Service Management solutions.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Administration for tools such as Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software, including advanced automation and workflow capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, CMDB, and ITAM is advantageous.
