Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading shipments and stocking shelves
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
