We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Strategist to join our team at GO Riteway Transportation Group.
Job Overview: As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for driver positions across the organization. This includes non-licensed and fully licensed class B CDL School Bus Drivers, Bus Driver Trainees, Non CDL Drivers, and other open positions.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment with transportation experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including digital and social media platforms.
- Partnering with hiring managers to execute successful terminal and location-level recruiting initiatives.
- Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
