Medical Collector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist III- Float to join our team at LanceSoft. As a Phlebotomist III- Float, you will be responsible for representing our company to patients, drawing quality blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing.

• Provide exceptional patient service and create a positive experience for clients.
• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Lead and mentor new employees, providing effective onboarding services.
• Collaborate with multiple functions, including Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, and Logistics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training, such as medical assistant or paramedic training, preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification, required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment, preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment, preferred.
