Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care and attention to detail.
  • Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
  • Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
  • Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
  • Encourage happy customers to share their experiences by writing reviews on social networking sites.
  • Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators with precision and attention to detail.
