Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

At Catholic Health Initiatives, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing technical diagnostic imaging procedures related to CT scans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate diagnostic equipment to perform CT exams
  • Provide patient orientation and explanation of procedures
  • Assist patients with basic patient care needs
  • Review and verify physician's orders
  • Communicate with patients regarding diagnostic tests

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – ARRT (R) (CT) obtained within nine months of hire
  • Current Certified by Texas Department of Health as Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist – MRT
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
