Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination and discharge planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Experience in physical therapy preferred.
