Caulking Specialist needed to join our team at Associated Constructors, Inc. in Bloomington, IL.

We are a leading commercial interior finishing contractor specializing in load-bearing metal framing, plaster and fireproofing, carpentry, weather barriers, acoustical ceilings, and sound panels.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes, as well as experience in estimating and bidding for masonry projects.

Responsibilities include installing caulking in expansion, contraction, and control joints in interior and exterior masonry, door frames to masonry, windows to masonry, louvers to masonry, coping joints, and concrete paving joints.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes
• Experience in estimating and bidding for masonry projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
