Unit Overview: Our 24-bed short stay stabilization unit offers a supportive environment for patients to receive comprehensive care. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
