We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all customers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store culture.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
