The role of a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health is to lead by example, demonstrating genuine care for our patients and customers. As a critical member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for supporting the management and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
You will be expected to keep our customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

•Motivate and Develop Your Team - balance assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
•Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
•Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
•No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
The typical pay range for this role is $73.00. Additionally, you will be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as a range of medical, dental, and vision benefits, including a 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also have access to free development courses, a CVS store discount, and discount programs with participating partners.
