Requirements
  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
  • Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • DOT Certification preferred
  • Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification required
