Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at Heeter Printing Co. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day activities within Shipping and Receiving, Order Picking, and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight
    • Manage day-to-day activities within Shipping and Receiving, Order Picking, and Inventory Management.

    • Collaborate with peer production leadership to ensure smooth operations.

    • Ability to be certified and drive all material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and clamp truck.

Essential Physical Functions

· Activity: Standing up to 8 hours per day with the ability to walk, touch, and climb at any point throughout the day. Some equipment requires the ability to walk narrow ramps and reach to adjust function. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

· Work Environment: Heeter maintains a safe and clean front office environment.
