Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - Night Shift
**Job Summary**
At Kindred Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
**Requirements**
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
* ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
* Handle With Care certification within 90 days of hire.
