Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to join our production team at Landscape Structures. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient cutting of metal tubing using advanced tube laser cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tube Laser Operation: Operate the tube laser cutting machine to produce high-quality metal components, following work instructions and technical drawings.
  • Material Preparation: Safely handle and load materials into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for cutting.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and accuracy of cut tubes, conducting periodic checks and inspections.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setups, material usage, and any quality control checks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience operating tube laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, safety and quality consciousness, team player, creative problem solver.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
