Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Hotel Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for new guests, including setting up amenities and ensuring that all necessary items are available.
  • Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, including providing extra towels, pillows, and other amenities as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a housekeeping or guest service role.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and other hotel staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
