Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at East Central Regional Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. This position is essential in ensuring the health and well-being of individuals under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive nursing care and treatment to patients.
  • Supervising and guiding the work of nursing assistants and other support staff.
  • Performing nursing tasks within designated areas and shifts, including lab work and health screenings.
  • Adhering to all facility policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
  • Assisting the RN Supervisor with on-the-job training and nursing instruction.
Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility in your schedule, including:

  • Shifts at Gracewood and Augusta locations.
  • Working every other weekend and one major holiday during summer and winter.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including:

  • Hourly wage of $31.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • Insurance options available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess an active Nursing License.
  • Hold a current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Have a current TB test (Chest X-ray required for positive results).
  • Provide proof of current Flu vaccination (medical and religious waivers available).
  • Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.

Successful candidates will also need to pass a drug screening and fingerprint check.
