The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Baker to join our team at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow recipes to create high-quality baked goods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
  • Order ingredients and take inventory regularly.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
  • Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
