About the Role:

As a LPN/RN Full Time Homecare Nursing Specialist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyle choices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in home healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Must possess automobile liability insurance.
  • Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment.
