Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at All American Label and Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels for various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain flexographic presses to produce labels with high precision and quality.
  • Set up and adjust presses to meet specific job requirements, including anilox rolls, inks, dies, and plates.
  • Load and unload paper and ink supplies, and adjust press settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure labels meet customer specifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in label press operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes and press operation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production schedules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
