Surgery Partners is seeking experienced OR Nurses to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various simultaneous tasks, including analyzing accurate clinical information, identifying symptoms, and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Use independent judgment to deliver sound clinical decisions, meeting patient needs and adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Create an environment of inclusion and trust for diverse groups, enabling effective communication with colleagues and patient/family education.
- Utilize feedback to learn and adapt, remaining self-aware regarding their own actions and resulting impact.
- Thrive in an accelerated change agility environment, learning and adopting new responsibilities based on shifting demands.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
