We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team at ALS. As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports using EDDGE and Excel reporting platforms, as well as Adobe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing error-free reports
- Organizing and analyzing data
- Tracking workload due dates
- Interacting with lab staff and project managers regarding data and reporting requirements
- Answering phone calls and greeting clients
About You
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a diligent work ethic, and the ability to work independently. You should have strong organizational skills, a high energy level, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to be proficient in computers, specifically Excel, and have a strong attention to detail. A desire to produce error-free work and a willingness to work overtime as needed are essential.
Required Qualifications
We require a high school diploma and some college-level math classes and chemistry courses are preferred.
