Key Responsibilities- Provide Medical Services: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing covered services to enrolled and unassigned patients, ensuring their care plans contain medical recommendations for clinically indicated care.
- Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with the team to review available performance data, focusing on continuous improvement of critical team processes.
- Ensure Patient Access: The candidate will be responsible for ensuring patients have same-day access for face-to-face, telehealth, and telephone care visits during regular clinic hours.
- Meet Education and Experience Requirements: The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a PA training program certified by the CAHEA or graduation from a PA training program of at least twelve (12) months duration. Additionally, they must have a current, full, active, and unrestricted license and registration in the state, as well as a bachelor's degree in a healthcare occupation or health-related field.
