Position: Informatica Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an L3 Developer to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.
  • Work with Informatica, Salesforce, ETL processes, and databases.
  • Test and maintain database structures and processes, specializing in Informatica products for data integration.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development including configuration, Apex, unit testing, and other essential components.
  • Strong capabilities in Informatica workflow, ETL configuration, and coding/debugging.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration, including knowledge of API limits (streaming, SOAP, REST, bulk, and chatter).
  • Excellent skills in data relationships, data interfaces, and SQL queries.
  • Meticulous work ethic with a strong focus on detail.
  • Ability to document analyses in platforms like Wiki or JIRA.
  • Skilled in coordinating with various application partners, business stakeholders, technical leads, and development teams for thorough analysis to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead triage efforts to resolution and contribute to development, documentation, and the production support feedback loop within the Agile Release Train.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, complemented by strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs, along with relevant certifications or proven Trailhead completion.
  • Experience with Agile Kanban, test-driven development, and the ability to make quick yet informed decisions.
  • Background in implementing and supporting large-scale, complex solutions and integrations of Salesforce with various platforms and technologies.
  • Experience in a Continuous Integration environment with automated builds and testing.
  • Preferred experience in support and triage related to the technologies mentioned above.
