We are seeking a skilled Robata Cook to join our team at Aqua Restaurant Group in NYC. As a Robata Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in our kitchen, including Italian and Japanese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
