We are seeking an experienced Shop Operations Manager to lead our machine shop team in Wellsville, NY.

This key role involves overseeing daily operations, including personnel management, workflow prioritization, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of machining operations, and experience with tooling management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Managing tooling usage and recommending new equipment purchases
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance requests and machinery issues
  • Working closely with the Quality team to review quality discrepancies and determine root causes

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous leadership experience and knowledge of blueprint reading.
