Home Health Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Interim HealthCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain their independence and learn to perform everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and self-care strategies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in Colorado
  • Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience in home healthcare
  • CPR Certification and ability to pass a background check and drug test
