Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, make differential diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed, while ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including education and coaching on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, using electronic medical records software as needed.
- Stay current with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in family medicine, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Current RN license and nurse practitioner certification (ANCC or AANP).
- State prescriptive authority and DEA license (if applicable).
- Master's degree in Science of Nursing (if applicable).
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Provider or ACLS).
