About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the observation and documentation of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize the observation and documentation of construction projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate observation of ongoing work and testing and sampling of materials.
  • Assign, lead, and supervise internal staff engaged in observation and testing and in related record keeping.
  • Monitor contractor's progress against schedule and prepare progress reports.
  • Review payment requests and determine amount owing to contractor(s) based on onsite observations and contract stipulations.
  • Oversee compilation of final estimate documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Seven years of related experience, including personnel supervision.
  • Leadership and managerial skills.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to supervise field representatives and field office personnel.
  • Professional registration desired.
