We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Critical Care Nurse to join our team. As a registered nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, providing compassionate and individualized care.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This may include performing various nursing tasks, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and responding to emergencies.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Prior experience in a pediatric-related healthcare setting or specific area of nursing may be required for specific departments
  • Current Washington State RN license or other current state license required to work in
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Pediatric healthcare nursing experience
  • 2 years PICU experience for day/night rotator positions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $47.60 - $89.80 per hour, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
