We have an immediate opening for a Soybean Crusher at our processing facility in Salisbury, Maryland. This position involves operating grain handling equipment and oilseed production, meeting quality and productivity standards for on-time supply to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts safety and environmental checks within local, state, and federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • Performs quality control and food safety inspections based on company procedures
  • Safely operates soybean processing equipment, including plant operations and loading trucks for customers
  • Maintains routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting for operating equipment
  • Assists with general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 0-2 years preferred
  • Strong reading, writing, math, and analytical skills

Work Environment

  • Able to move freely throughout facilities, including vertical heights, bar-grating platforms, carrying tools (up to 50 lbs), exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, noise levels (50db-100db), and chemicals
  • Must wear protective gear (hard hat, safety glasses, footwear, etc.)

Compensation Package
